Il giardino si sviluppa in 2.500 mq completamente recintato, dove alberi di castagno, querce americane palme e olivi creano una zona di piacere frescura. It is built in two floors and has a large garden with swimming-pool. The rooms are furnished with attention to details and according the Tuscan tradition. The atmosphere is bright, cosy and essential.
This floor has an equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and fire-place. Opposite the kitchen there is a small luminous sitting-room.This floor has two double bedrooms, a single bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
The sleeping area is furnished with antique pieces or of craftsmanship, with finishes in wrought iron or brass.
The details emphasize the sober elegance of the surroundings.Surrounded by greenery, in a beautiful panoramic position, the garden expands for 2500 meters of fenced land, where chestnut trees, American oaks, palms and olive trees create an area of pleasant coolness.
