| Borgo Giannotti, ubicazione del residence, è il più antico borgo commerciale della lucchesia, fin dal medioevo centro di commercio del bestiame e dei prodotti tipici dell'agricoltura di tutte le valli della Garfagnana e del comprensorio dell'Appennino Tosco-Emiliano. Ancora oggi nell'ambito delle manifestazioni del Settembre Lucchese, si svolgono importanti e caratteristiche fiere che richiamano una grossa affluenza di pubblico. Passeggiando lungo il Borgo, non si può fare a meno di ammirare numerosi negozi tipici che costeggiano la via fino ad arrivare a ridosso della città, ed in particolare della centralissima via Fillungo, che può essere definita il proseguo naturale del Borgo Giannotti. Gli appartamenti del residence sono ricavati da un palazzo tipico lucchese, completamente ristrutturato rispettando la struttura originale; dotati di un arredamento caratteristico e ben curato, sono corredati da TV satellitare, lavastoviglie e lavasciuga a gettone. A richiesta possono essere organizzate escursioni nei luoghi tipici e nelle città d'arte della Toscana; fornitura di biciclette per appassionati di escursioni all'aria aperta; uscite cicloturistiche con guida per ciclisti amatori. |

| Borgo Giannotti, the site of the residence, is the oldest commercial village in Lucca; since the Middle Ages it is the centre of the commerce of livestock and typical agrarian products of Garfagnana Valleys and Tuscan-Emilian Appennins district. Even today, during the manifestations of "Lucca Settember" there are many important and characteristic fairs, that attract lots of people. Walking along the village (Borgo Giannotti), you inevitably admire lots of typical shops, until you reachthe city, here you find the central "via Fillungo", thats seems the natural prosecution of Borgo Giannotti. The flats of the residence were part of an do typical "Lucca" mansion, completely restructured respecting the original structure. The flats, that have a characteristic furnishing, have even the TV with the satellite, the dishwasher and the washing machine. If you want we can organize trips in typical places and in the art cities of Tuscany; you can have bikes if you are impassioned of trips; tourist cycling with the guide. |
